The Beresford Watchdog girls earned a 51-26 win over the Garretson Blue Dragons at home on Tuesday, February 11th.
The Watchdogs built a 10-2 lead with 4:45 to play in the opening quarter and extended that lead 18-3 by the end of the quarter. Beresford started the second quarter on an 8-0 run for a 26-3 lead. The first half came to an end with the Watchdogs leading 32-12. Beresford went on a 12-4 run to start the third quarter and continued to roll to a 47-18 score by quarter’s end.
Ella Merriman finished with 14 points in the game, and Harley Koth had 10 points.
