Beresford Boys Fall to Hot Shooting Panthers

The Beresford Watchdog boys basketball team fell to a hot-shooting Dakota Valley Panthers on Tuesday, December 13th.  Dakota Valley shot 62% from the field overall, 44% from three-point area, and 80% from the free-throw line in their 88-42 victory.

The Panthers led 24-12 at the end of the first quarter and extended the lead to 50-25 at halftime.  The score at the end of the third quarter was 75-38 in favor of the Panthers.

Tate VanOtterloo had the hot hand for the Watchdogs.  VanOtterloo had 33 points, four rebounds, and three steals.  Mason Heiberger had three points.  Michael Shegrud, Malachi James, Jake Goblirsch, and Seth James all had two points each.  Goblirsch finished with seven rebounds, and M. James had five rebounds.
