The Baltic Bulldog softball team traveled to Lennox on Tuesday, May 5th. The Orioles took the win by a score of 11-1.
Lennox scored the first five runs of the game. They got one run in the bottom of the first and four more in the bottom of the second. Jordyn Whede scored on an error in the top of the third to make the score 5-1. The Orioles had two runs in the bottom of the fourth for a 7-1 score. They ended the game on the 10-run rule with four runs in the bottom of the sixth inning.
Kaylee Siemonsma, Madyson Determan, and Charlee Blommer all had one hit each. Blommer pitched 4 2/3 innings and allowed eight runs, three earned, on six hits with three strikeouts. Ashlyn Klein pitched one inning and allowed three runs, two earned, on a hit and two walks with a strikeout.
