The Alcester-Hudson Cub boys basketball team suffered a road loss in Freeman on Thursday, February 1st. The Flyers took the with 72-54.
Freeman was able to build a five-point lead by the end of the first quarter, 16-11. The Flyers extended that lead to 35-24 by halftime. The Cubs, unfortunately, were outscored in the third quarter and trailed 53-39 heading into the final quarter of play.
Dominic Van Egdom finished with 15 points, 10 rebounds, and three rebounds. William Hallaway also had 15 points. Jose Topete-Lopez added nine points and five rebounds. Mateo Kleinhans ended with six points, four rebounds, and five assists. Ethan Bovill also had six points and three rebounds.
