After erasing a 17-point deficit in the opening round of the Region 4B tournament, the Alcester-Hudson Cubs had to wait until Friday, March 7th play their next round game against the Parkston Trojans due to weather. Unfortunately for the Cubs, the Trojans ended their season.
The Trojans cruised past Alcester-Hudson for a 65-35 victory to advance to the SoDak 16 qualifying game. The Cubs were led by Jose Topete-Lopez with 16 points. Evan Brown added seven points. Parkston was led by Brycen Bruening with 22 points.
Alcester-Hudson finished the 2024-2025 season with a 13-9 overall record.
