The Alcester-Hudson Cubs boys basketball team traveled to Deubrook High School on Thursday, December 29th. The Dolphins got out to a quick start on their way to a 60-26 victory over the Cubs.
Deubrook built an early 21-8 by the end of the first quarter. The Dolphins increased the lead to 35-17 by halftime. The Cubs were held to just one point, a free throw by Evan Brown, in the third quarter as the Dolphins increased the lead to 51-18 by the end of the quarter.
Jose Topete-Lopez had a team-high seven points. Ethan Bovill finished with six points. Mateo Kleinhans added four points. Brown finished with three points. Caden Winquist and Dominic Van Egdom each had two points.
