The Sioux Falls Christian Chargers defeated the Dell Rapids Quarrier girls basketball team on Tuesday, December 4th, in the season opener for the Quarriers at Dell Rapids High School, 50-32. Dell Rapids had a tough night offensively shooting just 23% from the field and 50% from the free throw line. The Quarriers also committed 24 turnovers and were out-rebounded by the Chargers 24-23. Rachel Devlin led Dell Rapids with 13 points. Julia Rice added seven points. The Quarriers will take on Tea Area on Friday, December 14th.
