The Dell Rapids St Mary Cardinal boys basketball team fell to the Bridgewater/Emery Huskies 57-18 in Emery on Monday, December 12th. The Huskies led the entire game, and had a 35-10 lead at halftime.
The Cardinals finished the game shooting 7-44 from the field, 1-20 from three-point area, and 3-4 from the free throw line. St Mar had 29 total team rebounds in the game.
Connor Libis finished with nine points. Logan Gaspar had four points and five rebounds. Luke Brown had two points. Zach Geraets had two points and four rebounds. Drew Wood also finished with four rebounds.
The Cardinals (0-2) will host Estelline on Thursday, December 15th, as part of a girls and boys double-header. The game can be seen on Big Sioux Media.
