The Dell Rapids Quarrier Competitive Cheer team finished second at the Dell Rapids Invite on Tuesday, September 8th. The Quarriers finished with a score of 235.5. Sioux Valley was the Grand Cheer Champion with a score of 260. Lake Preston/Arlington placed third with 232.5. Dakota Valley was fourth with 222.5. Platte-Geddes placed fifth with 219, and Redfield-Doland was sixth with 187.
Dakota Valley was named the Dance Grand Champion with Platte-Geddes finishing second. Dakota Valley finished first in the Jazz, Kick, and Pom categories. Platte-Geddes finished first in the Hip Hop and second in the Kick and Pom categories.
