Head coach Jason Fersdahl said, “Defensively, our guys put forth a great effort all night long against a team that really has the capability to shoot the ball well.  Ben Hammer did a tremendous job of protecting the basket, finishing the night with seven blocked shots while altering many more.  Offensively, we were able to hit some shots early in the game, and our posts went strong to the basket and finished well at the rim.  Our offensive execution was very good tonight and our high shooting percentage reflected our good ball movement.”

The Quarriers improve to 10-6 on the year.  Dell Rapids will travel to Dakota Valley to take on the Panthers in a  girls-boys double-header on Friday, February 14th.
