Tri-Valley scored two runs right away in the top of the first.  Beau Keith scored on an error and Lawson Loiseau drew a bases-loaded walk for an early 2-0 lead.  After Madison got one run in the bottom of the first inning, Tri-Valley added two more in the top of the second.  Both Kaden Egger and Keith scored on an error in the inning.  Two more runs scored in the top of the fourth on a two-run single by Mason Hendrixson.  Madison scored two times in the bottom of the fourth inning to cut the lead to 6-3.

Tri-Valley then had a four-run sixth inning.  Egger scored on an error, Cole Foken had an RBI triple, Hendrixson had an RBI single, and then Hendrixson scored on an error to push the lead to 10-3.  Madison put together a big rally in the bottom of the seventh.  The first six batters reached based before an out was recorded, and all six scored to cut the lead to 10-9.  Tri-Valley was then able to get three of the next four batters out to stop the rally and win the game.

Hendrixson had two hits and three RBIs.  Loiseau had two hits and an RBI.  Keith had two hits, including a double.  Everett Althoff also had two hits.  Focken had a triple and an RBI.  Egger, Jydin Dahl, Noah Haynes, and Ledger Burggraff all had a single in the game.
