The South Dakota 4-H recognized volunteers during the 2016 South Dakota State Fair in Huron.

One of the inductees was Steve Munk from Dell Rapids. Steve has given 12 years of continuous service to SD 4-H as the lead chaperone for Citizenship Washington Focus which is a week-long citizenship and leadership experience for 4-H youth.

Steve worked for the SDSU Extension for 30 years and has served as a registered 4-H volunteer for five years. He also serves on the Sioux Empire Fair Board.
