Dell Rapids Quarrier Jacob Habeger has signed a letter of intent to play football for Dakota State University in Madison, SD.  Those in attendance of his signing were Dakota State head coach Josh Anderson, coach Craig Jorgensen, the Dell Rapids high school wrestling team, and Habeger’s family.  Habeger plans to major in elementary education.  Habeger is the son of Ray and Sue Habeger of Dell Rapids.
