Gia is survived by: her mother, Margherita J. D’amato and stepfather, Dr. James A. D’amato of Newark, DE; her children, Joshua S. Boyum of Newark, DE, Brandon M. Barcus of Aberdeen, MD, Dakota L. Barcus of Quarryville, PA and Joshua R.
