The Dell Rapids Quarrier boys golf team placed second at the Parkston Invitational at Lakeview Golf Course in Mitchell on Monday, September 9th. The Quarriers finished with a team score of 317. Parkston won the event with a team score of 304. Mitchell finished third with 321.
Adam Karst finished in fifth place individually with a round of 75. Ty Hoglund finished in seventh with a score of 79, and Zach Schroeder finished eighth finishing the day with an 80. Devon Weber scored a round of 83, Mason Schmidt shot an 85 on the day.
The Quarriers will be in Vermillion on Thursday, September 12th, for their next tournament.
