The Dell Rapids Quarrier boys golf team placed 5th out of 12 teams on Friday, September 1st, at the Parkston Invitational at Lakeview Golf Course in Mitchell. The Quarriers finished with a team score of 361. Sioux Falls O’Gorman placed first with a team score of 297.
Mason Schmidt finished 17th individually for Dell Rapids with a round of 86. Zach McKee finished with a 91. Lucas Berg and Karsen Welbig both finished with 92. Other scores were Brandon Kubly and Jack Weber both with a 112, Sean Anderson with a 114, Malakai Anderson with a 117, Brady Larson with a 121, Payton Gleason with 123, Tim Jaycox with 124, and John Tudor with 162.
The Quarriers will be at the Madison Invitational on Tuesday, September 5th, and then in Vermillion on Thursday, September 7th.
