The Tri-Valley Mustang girls and boys track teams both finished second at the Chester Booster Invitational on Tuesday, April 12th. The girls team finished with 110 points while the boys team finished with 146.5 points.
Ella Richardson placed second in the 100m dash. The 4x100m and 4x200m relay teams of Emry Jones, Richardson, Paige Jewett, and Maddie Wenzel both placed second. The 1600m sprint medley relay team of Hailey McNamara, Wenzel, Richardson, and Brie Peters also placed second. Paige Jewett (100m dash), Lauren Grinde (200m dash), Peters (1600m run), and Jones (100m hurdles) had third place finishes.
The boys 4x200m relay team of Carter Sorenson, Dustin Sees, Levi Langloss, and Michael Beyer placed first. The 4x400m relay team of Cory McDonald, Everett Althoff, Noah Haynes, and Zachary Powell took first. The 4x800m relay team of Haynes, Althoff, Teagin Gacke, and Powell also placed first. Sees took first in the triple jump, and Connor Christensen placed first in the shot put.
