Sarah Haak and Kaitlyn Greenhoff will represent the Dell Rapids Quarriers at the 2015 Girls State A Golf Tournament in Madison on Monday, May 18th, and Tuesday, May 19th. Both golfers finished high enough in the Region 1A Tournament held in Groton on Tuesday, May 12th.
Greenhoff finished in 8th place with a round of 96. Haak finished 18th with a round of 102. The top three teams in the Region 1A tournament qualified all of their golfers for the State A Tournament. Madison finished first with a team score of 34o. Aberdeen Roncalli finished second with a total of 395, and Groton finished third with 397. Dell Rapids finished with a team score of 442.
Other Quarrier golfers participating in the Region 1A Tournament were Grace Habeger, Grace Tisher, and Alexis Krantz. Habeger finished with a round of 117, Tisher a 127, and Krantz 137.
