Kaitlyn Greenhoff represented the Dell Rapids Quarrier girls golf team at the 2016 State A golf tournament in Hot Springs on Monday, June 6th and Tuesday, June 7th. Greenhoff finished the first day with a round of 96. She had a round of 93 on the second day for a total of 189 for the tournament. Greenhoff finished tied for 29th overall. 
Parkston finished first for the team title with a total of 678. Vermillion was second with 707, and Canton placed third as a team with 727. Sydney Bormann of Parkston won the individual title with a two-day total of 140. Sydney Weber of Parkston was second with 145, and Kyla Oster of Hot Springs was third with a 155.
