Bulldog Girls End Skid with Home Win

The De Smet Bulldogs (7-11) snapped a seven-game losing streak with a home win against the Oldham-Ramona/Rutland Raiders, 55-50, on Friday, February 10th.

Three players finished in double figures for the Bulldogs, including a double-double by Hazel Luethmers.  Luethmers had 22 points, 12 rebounds, four steals, and three assists.  Alyssa Asleson had 15 points, three rebounds, and two assists.  Jada Burke had 11 points and seven rebounds.  Mirra Beck added four points, five rebounds, and three assists.

De Smet finished the game shooting 39% (21-54) overall, 21% (9-27) on three-point attempts, and 36% (4-11) from the free-throw line.  The Raiders finished the game shooting 27% (17-63) from the field, 22% (4-18) from three-point area, and 67% (12-18) from the free-throw line.
