The Dell Rapids St Mary Cardinal girls basketball team will have a brand new lineup on the court when it starts the 2023-2024 season compared to a year ago. The Cardinals graduated four seniors last year and will have to battle with injuries to start this year.
St Mary will lean on junior Addison Libis along with sophomores Jenna Miller, Madelyn Klein, and Stephanie Geraets to start this season.
“We’re going to start all over this year due to injuries and see what happens. Hopefully some of the girls who are injured can come back and help during the season,” said head coach Ed Gustafson.
The Cardinals travel to Howard to start the season on Friday, December 8th.
