In a weather-shortened pre-region tournament in Volga, the Dell Rapids Quarrier girls golf team finished 3rd with a team score of 202. Sisseton placed 1st with 199, and McCook Central/Montrose finished 2nd with 200. The tournament was shorted to only nine holes.
Kaitlyn Greenhoff won the tournament individually in a play0ff. Greenhoff finished with a round of 42. Sami Schmidt finished 10th with a round of 50. Olivia Downs placed 14th with a round of 53. Stephanie Dennis finished with around of 57, and Mallory Haak had a 64.
The Quarriers will be back in Volga on Thursday, May 25th, for the Region 1A Tournament.
