The Dell Rapids St Mary Cardinal volleyball team won their second match in a row, and third overall, with a 25-4, 25-13, 25-17 win over the Flandreau Indian School on Tuesday, September 23rd.
Kaitlyn Vortherms had a tremendous night at the serving line as she tallied 16 service aces in the match. Riley Wolles led the team with four kills, while Ally Mullaney added three. Vortherms also had a great night defensively with 14 digs. Mullaney added 10 digs for the Cardinals. Lindsey Wolles finished the night with 12 set assists.
The Cardinals are now 3-9 overall, and will take on Elkton/Lake Benton on Thursday, September 25th.
