The Lake Preston Divers took a close match from the Dell Rapids St Mary Cardinals volleyball team 28-26, 25-23, 28-26 on Thursday, September 10th, in Dell Rapids.
Cassy Geraets lead St Mary with five aces on the night. Kayla Scherff, Haley Michel, and Adyn Heinricy each had two apiece. Kennedi Mullaney and Sydney Cook each had seven kills in the match. Jackie Wolles added six. Geraets also had 15 set assists. Michel ended the night with 10 digs, and Geraets had nine.
The Cardinals fall to 0-8 on the year. St Mary will be in Colman to take on the Colman-Egan Hawks on Thursday, September 17th.
