The Dell Rapids St Mary Cardinals dropped their match against the De Smet Bulldogs on Tuesday, August 28th in De Smet. The Bulldogs won in straight sets by scores of 25-17, 25-20, and 25-18.
Maddie Schwebach and Tyra Harrington both finished the night with seven kills each. Veronica Beck had four kills. Cassie Mullaney had three kills, and Ella Heinitz had two kills. Heinitz added 24 set assists. Carly Maxwell anchored the defense with 12 digs. Paige Bunkers finished with four digs and three service aces.
The Cardinals (2-4) will have their first home match of the season on Thursday, August 30th when they host Mitchell Christian.
