The Baltic Bulldog track teams had a good day at the Jesse James Invite in Garretson on Saturday, April 12th. The boys team finished second with 113 points. The girls team had a third place finish with 105 points.
Maiya Fredrickson won the shot put with a throw of 35’0″. Daynica Witzel won the triple jump with a leap of 32’9″. Hailey Tiahrt won the 800m run. Alexis Kehn took second in the 800m run. Elizabeth Hockenberry placed third in the 1600m run. The 4x400m relay team of Tiahrt, Witzel, Kehn, and Emma Albright finished second. The 4x800m relay team of Sadey Holt, Tiahrt, Hockenberry, and Kehn placed second. The sprint medley relay team of Holly Olson, Kate Bouman, Harper Kortemeyer, and Holt took third.
Kelllan Artz won the high jump with a leap of 6’2″. Payton Anderson had a second place finish in the 200m dash and third place finish in the 400m dash. Cohen McGuire was second in the 110m hurdles. Garrett Wilkison took second in the 300m hurdles. Jackson Westerbur was third in the 200m dash. The 4x200m relay team of Westerbur, Shae Fiala, Dylan Runestad, and Gavin Miller finished second.
