The Baltic Bulldog high school baseball suffered a 12-0 home loss to Beresford to start the 2026 season on Friday, March 27th. After a scoreless first two innings, Beresford had three straight four-run innings in the third, fourth, and fifth to earn the win.
Baltic was held to just two hits in the game, singles by Cale Roach and Jackson Goehring. Elias Oakley pitched 3 2/3 innings and allowed six runs, two earned, on four hits and three walks with eight strikeouts. Laken Kortemeyer pitched 1 1/3 innings and gave up six earned runs on six hits and a walk.
