The Baltic Bulldog track team opened their 2025 season with an indoor meet at Mt Marty University in Yankton on Thursday, March 27th.
The 4x800m relay team of Sadey Holt, Alexis Kehn, Meredith Larson, and Hailey Tiahrt took third in a time of 10:54.30. Tiahrt finished fourth in the 400m dash with a time of 1:04.03. Holt took seventh in the 800m run in a time of 2:46.62. The 4000m relay team of Tiahrt, Kehn, Larson, and Holt placed fifth in a time of 14:44.96. Daynica Witzel was fifth in the triple jump with a jump of 32’1.75″. Maiya Fredrickson was sixth in the shot put with a throw of 34’4″.
Kellen Artz won the high jump with a leap of 6’4″. The 4x200m relay team of Braxten Allen, Ben Erickson, Artz, and Henry Anderson finished 12th in a time of 1:41.38.
