The Baltic Bulldog football team traveled to Bridgewater to play the Bridgewater-Emery/Ethan Seahawks on Friday, September 27th. The Seahawks scored all their points in the first half in a 40-0 win.
Bridgewater-Emery/Ethan got three scores in the first quarter. They had touchdown runs of six yards, five yards, and two yards. The Seahawks made just one two-point conversion in the quarter to lead 20-0. Their offense continued to roll in the second quarter.
With 10:04 to play in the second quarter, the Seahawks got a 46-yard touchdown run. They added a seven-yard touchdown run with 6:07 to play in the half to make the score 32-0. The final score of the game came with :24 remaining in the half on a two-yard run. The Seahawks also made the two-point conversion.
Baltic will host McCook Central/Montrose on Friday, October 11th for their next game. They will have a bye week on October 4th.
