The Baltic Bulldog volleyball team cruised to a straight-set road win at Parker on Thursday, September 21st. The Bulldogs defeated the Pheasants by scores of 25-17, 25-16, and 25-8.
In the opening set, Baltic took an early 5-1 lead. Parker cut the lead to one, 8-7, and then finally tied the set 14-14. The Bulldogs went on an 8-1 run for a 22-15 lead and then won 25-17. Baltic started the second set with a 7-2 run. They extended the lead to 18-10. The Pheasants went on a 4-0 run to cut the lead to 18-14, but Baltic finished the seton on a 7-2 advantage for the 25-16 win.
The third set started with another quick run by Baltic, this time 4-0. Parker cut the lead to one, 6-5, but Baltic reeled off a big run. They finished off the set on a 19-3 difference for the match win.
