The Baltic Bulldog girls and boys track teams traveled to Dell Rapids for the Quarrier Invite on Monday, May 8th. The boys team placed fourth with 72 points. The girls team had an eighth place finish with 42 points.
The girls 4x400m relay team of Daynica Witzel, Claire Berg, AVa Tiahrt, and Hailey Tiahrt took first. The sprint medley relay team of Witzel, Berg, A. Tiahrt, and H. Tiahrt also placed first. The 4x800m relay team of Sadey Holt, Meredith Larson, Elizabeth Hockenberry, and H. Tiahrt finished second. Addison Geigle was fourth in the 100m hurdles. Maiya Fredrickson had a fourth place finish in the shot put. The 4x200m relay team of A. Tiahrt, Berg, Witzel, and H. Tiahrt finished fourth.
Isaac Weeman won both the shot put and discus events. The sprint medley relay team of Jackson Westerbur, Dylan Runestad, Shae Fiala, and John Gronewold finished first. Alex Langner was second in the 800m run. Payton Anderson took third in the 200m dash. The 4x800m relay team of Mark Ditter, Langner, Kyle Gronewold, and J. Gronewold. J. Gronewold also placed fourth in the 3200m run. Cohen McGuire was fourth in the 300m hurdles. Jackson Goehring took fourth in the high jump.
