Daynica Witzel took the top spot in triple jump at the Scott Underwood Invite for the Bulldogs on Monday, April 3rd. The rest of the Bulldog team also competed in the invite with several returning home with a top 15 finish.
Witzel also placed seventh in the long jump. The 4x800m relay team of Sadey Holt, Kailey Tiahrt, Meredith Larson, and Elizabeth Hockenberry finished 10th. The 4x400m relay team of Ava Tiahrt, Claire Berg, Holt, and H. Tiahrt placed 11th. A. Tiahrt had a 12th place finish in the 400m dash. Maiya Fredrickson was 12th in the shot put, and Hockenberry took 15th in the 3200m run.
The boys 4x800m relay team of John Gronewold, Mark Ditter, Kyle Gronewold, and Alex Langner placed seventh. Jackson Goehring finished eighth in the high jump, and Kellan Artz finished ninth in the same event. Isaac Weeman took 11th in the shot put. Cohen McGuire had an 11th-place finish in the 300m hurdles and a 15th-place finish in the 110m hurdles. Shae Fiala was 14th in the 400m dash.
