The Dell Rapids Quarrier girls and boys cross country teams participated in their first meet of the year on Friday, August 30th, in Beresford. The girls team finished fourth in the team standings with 63 points. Garretson finished first with 44 points, followed by Beresford with 48 points, and Lennox with 59 points. The boys team finished in eighth place with 116 points. Lennox won the event with 30 points followed by Beresford with 54 points and Garretson with 55 points.
