The Tri-Valley Mustang wrestling team made the trip to Flandreau on Friday, February 11th for a quadrangular. The Mustangs won two of their three matches on the night. Tri-Valley defeated Flandreau 40-39 and Garretson 48-30. Kingsbury County beat the Mustangs 25-52.
Mason Hendrixson finished with three wins, two by major decision and one pin. Brody Dybvig and Isaac Nehlich both were also 3-0 with two pins and a forfeit win each. Zach Powell and Connor Glassford were both 2-1 with two pins. Landyn Reiser had two wins, one by decision and one by forfeit. Treyson Richter had a pin and a forfeit win. Lawson Loiseau had one pin. William Hidalgo and Luke Nehlich both had forfeit wins on the night.
The Mustangs will be at the Region 2B Tournament at Freeman High School on Saturday, February 19th.
