The Tri-Valley Mustang track team went to the Howard Wood Dakota Relays on Friday, April 30th and Saturday, May 1st in Sioux Falls.
The girls 4x100m relay team of Madelyn Wenzel, Jessica Masgai, Lauren Grinde, and Paige Jewett just finished outside the top eight in ninth place. Masgai also ran in the 100m hurdles, and Grinde took part in the 100m dash.
The boys 4x100m relay team of Niyongabo Yohana, Levi Hanson, Dustin Sees, and Jaden Siemonsma had a fifth place finish. The sprint medley relay team of Siemonsma, Hanson, Owen Snethan, and Nate Hargreaves placed sixth. The 4x200m relay team of Sees, Hanson, Snethen, and Siemonsma placed seventh. The 4x400m relay team of Sees, Snethen, Alex Andresen, and Porter Jensen had an eighth place finish in the meet.
