The Lennox Orioles won the final two games of the match to pull out a 3-2 match win over the Dell Rapids Quarrier volleyball team on Thursday, October 1st, in Dell Rapids. Lennox won by scores of 25-20, 20-25, 17-25, 25-17, 15-9.
Trinity Gordon had 16 kills for Dell Rapids in the match. Chloe Solberg finished with five ace serves and 17 set assists. Sydney Stofferhan had five blocks at the net for the Quarriers.
Dell Rapids falls to 5-12 on the year. The Quarriers will travel to Vermillion on Tuesday, October 6th.
JV Results:
In the JV match, the hosts fell 23-25, 25-20, and 11-15. Defensive standouts included Kenzie Gullickson and Brooke Klein. Offensive leaders included Emma Paul, Tiffanie Dorale and Hannah Fletcher.
C Team Results:
