The Dell Rapids Quarrier boys golf team placed fifth out of 12 teams in Vermillion on Thursday, September 10th. The Quarriers finished with a total of 333. Parkston won the team title with a 308. Madison was second with 324, Canton third with 326, and Vermillion fourth with a 331.
Ty Hoglund had the low score for Dell Rapids. He placed third individually with a round of 76. Mason Schmidt finished with an 84. Jordan Kerns had an 85. Brent Eddy and Jace Blair both finished with a round of 88, and Josh Parrott fired an 89.
The Quarriers will play in the Elk Point-Jefferson Invite on Monday, September 16th.
