The Dell Rapids Quarrier girls golf team traveled to Dakota Valley on Friday, April 18th. The event was shortened due to poor weather conditions. April Tomes led the team with a nine-hole round of 49. Sarah Haak finished with a round of 55, and Kaitlyn Greenhoff ended the day with a 56.
Head coach Jeff Dvorak said, “The girls had been hitting at the range or inside but were unable to play any holes before this meet. So it was good to just get out on a course and knock it around a little bit. I look forward to seeing our improvement.”
The Quarriers will play in the West Central Invite on Tuesday, April 22nd.
