  • Attention 7/8 graders:  Today is ORANGE day on your schedule
  • Are you interested in a career in law enforcement? The Minnehaha County Sherriff’s Office Explorers meets twice a month and provides hands on training in CPR, first aid, building searches, traffic stops and other areas of law enforcement. If you are interested, please talk to Ms. Telkamp or Deputy Walker.  This opportunity is for students 14 and older.
  • If you are interested in attending the SDSU women’s basketball summer camps, please stop in the office for information.
  • Attention 8th grade students:  DRHS Booster Club is offering a $50 athletic camp scholarship.  Forms are available in the office and are due before Friday.
  • There will be a short mandatory cheer meeting for high school cheer and competitive cheer TODAY, after school in the MS Commons.  Thank you!
  • All 7th grade padlocks need to be turned to Ms. Barber by the end of the day today.
  • Are you signed up to take drivers education class?  Are you wondering what to do for lunch each of the four days of classroom instruction?  Let the Dells FFA take care of your lunch needs as they will be serving a meal June 6, 7, 8 & 9 at a cost of $6 per meal.  Turn in your slip selecting what day you want to eat along with the money by Friday, May 20 to the middle school office.
  • Attention 5th and 6th grade students:  Dells Area Hospital is offering a Babysitting Class on Tuesday, June 14th from 9am-3pm.  Cost is $40 per student.  Forms are available in the office and must be returned to the hospital by June 10, 2016.
  • Attention Students and Staff:  DRHS volleyball clothing items are available to order online – more information available in the office.  Orders are due online by midnight tonight.
  • All the files in all student directories in their “My Documents” folder will be deleted starting May 29-30.  They will not be recoverable.
  • Price reduction….Suckers will now be $.75 each or 3 for $2.00.  They will be sold at the north end of the MS commons area right after school.
  • Reminder to 5th and 6th grade students:  Volleyball camp forms are due by the end of the day tomorrow.
  • Good Luck to the track athletes as they participate in the STATE MEET tomorrow in Madison and Saturday in Sioux Falls.  Events start at 9:30 tomorrow morning.
  • May is Neurofibromatosis awareness month.  Thank you for wearing green each Thursday to help raise awareness.
  • Girls Basketball Open Gym for current grades 6-11 will be this SUNDAY, MAY 29 at 6:00 in the HS Gym…not tonight May 26th – there was a typo on the original info sheet.
