Dell Rapids based ERC, Inc has been ranked the 2nd largest search firm in the Sioux Falls metro area by the Sioux Falls Business Journal. ERC was opened locally in 2002 as a local firm with its main areas of service in agriculture, accounting, banking, HR, sales and manufacturing.
