Survivors include his children, Edward Smedsrud, Owatonna, MN, Chloye Smedsrud-Stelzer, Dell Rapids, Todd (Josette) Christenson, Boynton Beach, FL, Paul (JoAnn) Christenson, Sioux Falls, Allen Christenson, of Nevada; a daughter-in-law, Shelly Smedsrud, Sioux Falls; 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Gilbert (Pat) Smedsrud, Valley Springs.
