Janet Hofeman, age 79, died at the Madison Regional Health System on March 21, 2016.

Funeral service will be 10 am on Friday, March 25th at St. John Lutheran Church, Madison. Burial will be in Franklin Cemetery. There will be a prayer service at 7:00 PM on Thursday at Weiland Funeral Chapel which is in charge of the arrangements. On-Line Condolences may be made via Wieland Funeral Home.

She is survived by one daughter, Pam (Carl) Eliason of Renner, SD and one son, Dallas (Amy) Hofeman of Dell Rapids, SD; five grandchildren, Logan & Lindsey Eliason and Trystan, Kendra & Trey Hofeman.
