Jacqueline Lorraine Lightner was born October 12, 1948 in Cleveland, OH; shortly after her birth, the family moved to Sioux Falls. She was raised and received her education in Sioux Falls and is a graduate of the first class of Lincoln High School.
On September 19, 1969 she was united in marriage with Dale Ebright. They were blessed with three children, William, Dale, and Rhonda. After raising her children, Jackie began managing thrift stores in Sioux Falls a job that she was absolutely devoted to because of her love of helping others in need. She managed The Salvation Army, The Goodwill, and St. Vincent De Paul. It was through these jobs that Jackie won the hearts and minds of all those she touched. Jackie enjoyed camping, bingo and traveling to the casinos to play the penny slots in her free time. But more than anything, Jackie was a proud grandmother and great grandmother, and will always be remembered as “Grandma Jack”.
Jackie’s family encourages you to wear the cancer awareness color of your choice to Jackie’s funeral service.
