The St Mary Cardinal track team traveled to Alcester for the Mike Seivert Relays on Tuesday, April 22nd. The girls team finished eighth overall with 37 points. The boys team was fifth with 53.5 points.
Maddyn LeBrun won the discus with a throw of 108’0″ and took third in the javelin at 98’8″. Madala Hanson finished second in the 100m dash with a time of :13.33. Lucy Vargas was third in the 3200m run in 13:58.97. The 4x100m relay team of Reagan Griffin, Emersyn Herber, Addison Libis, and LeBrun took fourth in :54.06. Herber placed fifth in the 100m dash with a time of :13.75.
Logan Bauer won the 400m dash (:53.12), finished second in the 200m dash (:23.46), and third in the 100m dash (:11.89). Jacob Flemmer won the 800m run with a time of 2:13.47. Jaxon Baumberger took the top spot in the triple jump at 38’5″ and finished third in the high jump with a leap of 6’0″. Jake Heinitz was fifth in the 400m dahs in :55.12.
