The St Mary Cardinal track team competed in their second indoor meet of the season on Tuesday, April 1st. The Cardinals traveled to Mitchell for the Dakota Wesleyan University meet.
Madala Hanson took eighth in the 60m finals with a time of :08.37. Megan Geraets placed 10th in the high jump with a jump of 4’7″. Geraets was also 16th in the shot put with a throw of 30’4.25″. Maddyn LeBrun took 13th in the shot put at 31’9.5″. Addison Libis finished 20th in the 400m dash in 1:10.51.
Jake Kopsas placed seventh in the high jump with a leap of 5’8″. Logan Bauer took ninth in the 400m dash in a time of :56.10 and 17th in the 200m dash with a time of :24.47. Matt Heinemann finished 10th in the 1600m run in a time of 5:18.78 and 16th in the 800m run with a time of 2:19.41. Jacob Flemmer finished 15th in the 800m run in 2:15.31.
