The Dell Rapids St Mary Cardinal cross country team had seven top 20 finishers at the Flyer Invitational in Freeman on Wednesday, September 18th.
The girls team had all four varsity members place in the top 20. Elizabeth Vogel took fifth with a time of 22:43.18. Madison Reiff placed ninth in a time of 23:19.37. Lucy Vargas was 14th in a time of 24:27.71, and Paige Deuter was 16th with a time of 24:51.14.
The boys team had three top 20 runners. Camden Tebay took seventh in a time of 19:54.81. Cooper Libis finished ninth in a time of 19:57.33. Matthew Heinemann placed 14th with a time of 20:06.59. Levi Gaul (42nd) completed in a time of 22:35.91.
