The Dell Rapids St Mary Cardinal volleyball team finished with a 13-14 overall record in 2022, but this season is about creating a new culture on and off the court according to new head coach Kellsie Hoffmann.
The Cardinals will be led by seniors Jaycee Tebay, Brianna Lindeman, and Livia Abel. The juniors this year are Brianna Griffin, Megan Geraets, Jodie Klein, Maddie Reiff, and Madala Hanson. Joining them on the varsity roster are sophomores Madelyn Klein, Steph Geraets, and Jenna Miller along with freshmen Reagan Griffin and Emersyn Herber.
“As a young team, we will focus on gaining confidence as a team and individual players. These players are ready to face challenges, diversity, and work hard to achieve their goals together. I am eager to see them strive this season and broaden their horizons,” said Hoffmann.
St Mary’s season starts at home on Thursday, August 24th against Alcester-Hudson.
