The Dell Rapids St Mary Cardinal track team took part in their second meet of the season at the Dan Lennon Invite at the USD Dakota Dome on Tuesday, March 28th. The Cardinals had a few top 20 finishes at the meet.
Nic Gaspar took 14th place in the high jump. Maya Heinitz was 17th in the 400m dash. Lucy Vargas also placed 17th in the 3200m run. Cami Wolles was 19th in the 1600m run. The girls Sprint Medley Relay team of Heinitz, Brianna Griffin, Madala Hanson, and Wolles placed 20th.
