The Dell Rapids City Council will meet in regular session starting at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, December 1st, in the Council Chambers. Some of the items on the agenda include an update on a potential ice skating rink, declaration of surplus items, 2015 fire department agreement, and the administrator’s report.
