The Dell Rapids City Council will meet in regular session on Monday, November 3rd, at 7:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers. Some of the items on the agenda include a public hearing for a special event retail on-sale license, outdoor event permit, request to extend water line, first reading of ordinance 812: water rate increase, and the administrator’s report.
